Athlon Sports Released their 2025 All-American Teams and Arkansas Brede Receiver/Retour Specialist Kam Shanks was selected in the third team as a Specialist for Punt Retour.
The 5-foot-8, 180 pounds of Redshirt second-year student drew last December with the Hogs after touching the transfer portal after the 2024 season, where he played for Alabama-Birmingham.

Shanks, who runs a 4.43 40-Yard Dash, was affected last fall All-AAC Third-Team receiver after dragging 62 catches for 656 Yards and six touchdowns. He made the first team All-Conference Squad in special teams after he had led the country in point Return Yards (329), Punt Return Average (20.6) and Punt Returndowns (two).
In addition, Sank was named First-Team All-American Punt Return Specialist by the Sporting News in 2024 and recently made the Phil Steele All-SEC in the preseason.
In the 37-27 victory of the razorbacks on the blazers last September, Shanks withdrew five receptions for 31 Yards and a Touchdown.
